For safety reasons we have certain age, size and health condition restrictions.
All participants must agree to adhere to our rules by signing a disclaimer form prior to participating in an expereince. This is a strict condition of us accepting a booking.
All participants must attend a safety briefing held by us prior to driving or riding on the course.
Gift Vouchers
These must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
Experience Availability
We will make every effort to ensure your driving experience takes place on the agreed date and time, however, all bookings and payments are accepted on the understanding that should TORC need to cancel a driving experience due to circumstances beyond their control then an alternative date will be offered.
TORC will not be liable for travel or any other costs incurred because of the cancellation.
Cancellations
We will accept cancellations with no loss of deposit to the client up to 1 month in advance of the driving experience date, after that we reserve the right to retain a £20.00 administration fee.
Where a voucher has been purchased, the same timescale will be applied, however full monies paid will be returned to the client if more than 1 months notice is given. Less than 1 month will incur an administration fee of £20.00.
